PATRICIA MARTELLOTTI I KEYT SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - A local music ensemble is getting ready for its next performance on the Fourth of July. Since 1995, the Santa Barbara Prime Time Band has been bringing music to life throughout Southern California. The vibrant ensemble consists of more than sixty amateur musicians performing at local concerts, parades and events throughout the community. The band is looking to recruit more musicians of all levels. If you want to join the band, you must be at least 40 years old and love music.
