Closet Trading Company on State Street in Santa Barbara. Credit: Courtesy photo The Closet Trading Company (TCTC) is celebrating 20 years in business. Specializing in women's designer consignment, TCTC has served Santa Barbara since 2003 when they opened their first store in Victoria Court. Since then, TCTC has relocated to 714 State St. and the company has grown, expanding in California to Agoura Hills, Westlake Village, Woodland Hills and Santa Monica, and to Plantation, Florida. TCTC is opening another store this fall in Sacramento.
